Class Descriptions
YOGA-This class features heat building moves to release stress and build strength. Body sculpting moves guaranteed to whittle you into shape. Yoga helps you mentally and physically stay in “top of the line” shape.
GROUP POWER Your hour of power. This 60 minute barbell program strengthens your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating, group environment with great music and awesome instructors with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, group power is for ALL AGES and ALL fitness levels.
PACE- This 30 minute class starts with an aerobic workout. Then starts the circuit, going from machine to step. Raising your heart rate as you increase body toning and sculpting
FAT BURNING PILATES MIX -This class will heat your body up, and really burn the fat. An hour long class for all levels including the best fat burning Pilates moves.
FEEL THE BURN- You will enjoy the great feeling you get from this high energy class. This class will give just the extra kick your workout needs.
GROUP CENTERGY-Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates
movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover Group Centergy
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated/standing support.
