Group Fitness

Group exercise will always be an integral part of our program.  We offer class that anyone can participate in and that’s the way it should be.  Group exercise shouldn’t be perceived as extensively choreographed step classes that are difficult or impossible to follow. Only a few classes on our schedule are for advanced members. Take a look at our monthly schedule below for a list of classes and their descriptions.

We offer 2 group fitness rooms so that at peak times of day we can offer 2 classes at the same time for the convenience of our members.  Below, the top box is our GROUP POWER ROOM schedule and below, in the second box you will see our PACE room schedule.
