Group Fitness

Group exercise will always be an integral part of our program.  We offer class that anyone can participate in and that’s the way it should be.  Group exercise shouldn’t be perceived as extensively choreographed step classes that are difficult or impossible to follow. Only a few classes on our schedule are for advanced members. Take a look at our monthly schedule below for a list of classes and their descriptions.

We offer 2 group fitness rooms so that at peak times of day we can offer 2 classes at the same time for the convenience of our members.  Below, the top box is our GROUP POWER ROOM schedule and below, in the second box you will see our PACE room schedule.

YOGA-This class features heat building moves to release stress and build strength. Body sculpting moves guaranteed to whittle you into shape. Yoga helps you mentally and physically stay in “top of the line” shape.

GROUP POWER   Your hour of power. This 60 minute barbell  program strengthens your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating, group environment with great music and awesome instructors with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, group power is for ALL AGES and ALL fitness levels 

PACE- This 30 minute class starts with an aerobic workout. Then starts the circuit, going from machine to step. Raising your heart rate as you increase body toning and sculpting

STEP IT UP  A sculpting combination of pilates, step, and ball movements. Designed to really CHALLENGE you.  Great combination of types of movements including strength, cardio, core, and plyometrics .

FEEL THE BURN- You will enjoy the great feeling you get from this high energy class. This class will give just the extra kick your workout needs.

PI-YO-A blend of Pilates and Yoga. This class will strengthen lengthen and tone your body. Core condition is included.

SILVER SNEAKERS SENIOR CLASS-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated/standing support.

CARDIO-FIT- Class consists of moves designed to specifically train your cardio vascular system and burn fat
                       A variety of moves and challenges that change every week

GET ON THE BALL-Balance and core training are emphasized in this all ball class.  Class`lasts 30-45 minutes and is totally different from any other classes that we offer

ZUMBA-One hour of Latin dance moves designed to really work your core and cardio vascular system...3.00/class..5.00 for non members


Boot Camp... Personal training made affordable-
1 hour of true personal training in a small group format.  This is a tough class. 10.00/CLASS
