Individual Membership
Individual membership includes use of all facilities and most classes. Call for seasonal specials. Personal trainers available for an extra fee.

Corporate Membership
A healthy and energized workforce will improve productivity and overall satisfaction. A corporate membership is an inexpensive benefit that you can offer employees. We offer a range of plans from full subsidies to employee matching programs.

Couple Membership
Special discounts available to couples who occupy the same residence. Includes all the benefits of an individual membership at a discounted price. (Must be 18 years or older).

Family Membership
Get in shape together! Special family memberships available. Kids as young as 10 years old can be included on our family plans.

Get Results Personal Training
Includes all the benefits of an individual membership, with the added bonus of a personal trainer for 1 to 12 sessions/month. A specialized program is developed for you. Personal trainers are assigned to you depending on your specific needs. We have a certified pre/post natal specialist, a nutritionist and a certified sports training specialist on our permanent, all staff available to you. A great way to maximize results!

Senior Citizens Plan
The Silver Sneakers classes are great for seniors.  Maintain your energy and health with our program tailored to seniors, age 65 and up. Includes an individualized program and support.
