Group Fitness
Group exercise will always be a integral part of our program. Our aerobics feature classes that anyone can participate in and that's the way it should be. Aerobics shouldn't be perceived as extensively choreographed step classes that are difficult or impossible to follow. Here, only a few classes on our schedule are for advanced members. Due to the flexibility of our instructors and the the ability to change the schedule monthly, you can be assured that we will offer the latest and most popular classes as they come along.
