FREEMOTION
This is the latest thing in circuit training. Our exclusive Freemotion
circuit focuses on core training. Core training involves exercising
the muscles you use in everyday movements and motions.(Movements such
as getting out of a car, reaching, leaning, picking up things, vacuuming,
mowing the yard etc.) . All other types of equipment and weights work
your body in straight lines and right angles Most of our everyday movements
either begin or end in an off balance position. The muscles that help
us recover from these odd balance positions are usually the muscles
we injure because thee muscles are not specifically targeted in normal
exercise programs.
Use these machines In conjuction with the many other programs we offer
here at the Enterprise and you'll get a complete fitness program that
