EXERCISE AND WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS
There is an epidemic of obesity in Americas teenagers. We have chosen
to address this problem by lowering our minimum membership age from
15 to 10 years. Developing good exercise habits while our children are
young is essential to a long healthy life. Our special weight loss programs
for kids incorporatee good eating habits with a custom designed workout
plan that's challenging and fun.
Nothing strengthens the family bond like doing something physical together.
In today's fast paced society it's tough to find something the whole
family can do at the same time. We've created a program here that does
just that. Here's an example: Everyon comes to the club at the same
time. One does an aerobic class, someone else does a PACE class, a 3rd
family member walks on our outdoor track, and the 4th family member
does a personally designed free weight workout. This is just 1 example.
There are 7 different areas of the club to choose from with a number
of possible exercise combinations.
